Mrs. Ruby Shaw of Dorchester a meter maid for the Boston Traffic and parking Dep't checks her route out along Commonwealth Ave. In one photo a car has sign "Emergency electrician at work" This sign is no excuse he gets a ticket also. Other is car parked at loading zone on Commonwealth Ave.
