McKeesport, Pa...... "It's easier for a man to get around that a woman", declared Mrs. John Hilliard, 19, (above), of Jamaica Plains, Mass. The masquerading woman is pictured lighting a cigarette in the police station, here. She travelled through 47 states, posing as a man until the McKeesport police arrested her for loitering. She was fined $10 and costs and was released. The identification came when a policeman became suspicious of the arrested "man's" actions and ordered "him" sent to the hospital where it was discovered that "he" is a normal female.
