As far as the Board of Education is concerned in this small community, 15 miles north of Cincinnati, Mrs. Donna Alt is taking the name of her hometown too literaly. Mrs. Alt, 17, who married Army Pfc. Ted Alt, 21, last May is now sueing the school to order the board to admit her to her senior year. The school has a rule barring married students. Pfc. Alt, stationed in France, has a six-year Army hitch before him.
