Mrs. Mary Jeffries, 22, embraces her children, Richard, 3 and Kelly Lynn, 1 1/2 at Chicago home of her parents after her release on bond from county jail where she had been since Dec. 29 when she refused to surrender the children to her ex-husband, Richard T. Jeffries II, of Miami, Fla. A Florida court had awarded him custody of the tots.
