Mrs. Carmella Constanza (L), 31-year-old housewife and mother of 10, is interviewed after she signed statement at police station here 4/4. At right is her sister, Ann Ricardi. Mrs. Constanza told police she had seen William Rezek, 31, fire shotgun blast early 3/27 which killed Laura Hernandez, 18, in a lovers' lane. Rezek was charged with slaying during day. Mrs. Constanza said she had not spoken up sooner because she was out on clandestine date that evening and did not want husband to know. She was also afraid for safety of her children, she said.
