Blonde Mrs. Frances B. Cloyd, Mrs. America of 1949, is shown as she received her interlocutory divorce today from husband Arthur. He did not contest the case. Superior Judge L.N. Turrentine, in granting the divorce decree, awarded her custody of children, Tommy, 4, Terry, 3, and Patricia, 1, and gave her half her husband's income. She testified tearfully that he lied, gambled and mistreated her physically.
