Kelly, commanding officer of the U.S. Army Recruiting Main Station, Newark, N.J., and Sergeant First Class Martha J. McBroom, one of her Women's Army Corps Counselors. Lieutenant Edmonds, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Edmonds of 156 Hampshire Street in Cambridge, is currently serving as WAC Selection Officer for New Jersey. The 22-year-old lieutenant, a 1967 graduate of Boston College, has two brothers currently serving in the Army.
