Marines are Ready - 41 U. S. Marine Air Reserve squadrons, based at 25 U. S. Naval air stations throughout the nation, are poised to make the two largest coast-to0coast mass air movements even planned for American reserve air fighter units in peacetime. Twenty-one western squadrons left home stations (black arrows) July 8, for maneuvers lasting until July 22d at Cherry Point, N. C. On Aug. 5, 20 squadrons at bases east of the Mississippi (white arrows) will leave for maneuvers lasting until Aug. 19th at El Toro (Santa Ana), California.
