Dr. Paul Barber, 43, of Flushing, Queens, shown with his wife, Kathleen, in Queens District Attorney's office, was one of 10 persons indicted on various charges in connection with interstate black market baby sales for rates up to $4,000. The grand juries of Queens, New York, and Kings counties handed down indictments against the 10, including five physicians, charged with operating the racket.
