Maria rivera, 20, at the entrance to a vacant roxbury apartment following her arrest along with Vega toto, 27. they were charged with possession of marijuana, heroin, a hypodermic needle and syringe. the raid on dudley st. was carried out by members of boston's new narcotics control unit. police said neither of the two lived at the address, but used vacant apartments.
