One of thirteen major planetarium installations in the United States, the McDonnell Planetarium stands unique in its hyperbolic design. The building houses a 60 foot dome wherein visitors view the wonders of the Universe. The building also contains classrooms, a library, and 15,000 square feet of exhibit space.
