'March of Dimes' Child for '64 -- Mary Lou Graves, 5, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Graves of Flint, Mich., is the National March of Dimes Child for 1964. Mary Lou was born with an open spine and, after surgical treatment, is learning to walk. She is representative of the tens of thousands of youngsters in the U.S. crippled by birth defects or arthritis, a group that March of Dimes funds tries to aid.
