Mayor’s Flagship is propelled by two husky volunteers down what was Margin street, Hyde Park. With the mayor, in the stern, were, from left, Dr. John H. Cauley, health commissioner; reporter Dick Jacobson of the Traveler, and Fire Commissioner Francis X. Cotter. The Mayor promised every effort would be taken to keep damage at a minimum.
