Mayor William Reinstein of Revere, Mass. rides the running-board of an Army truck used to evacuate people from Broadsound Ave. here as it makes its way through the ocean-flooded are 2/20. For most Massachusetts residents it was all over but the digging, as they worked to clean up as much of a foot of snow in the wake of storm which forced the evacuation of some 2,000 persons because of flooding. Two deaths were related to the storm which battered the New England coast.
