Jackson, Miss. -- A detective pulls Kenneth Slyter, 26, from a police car to place him in city jail 4/23 on a charge of murdering pretty Sandra Holderfield, a 15-year-old baby sitter who he confessed killing 4/21 when she resisted his advances. Slyter, an ex-convict whose wife is pregnant, swallowed DDT and kerosene in a suicide bid when police located him.
