Kaye Shepley, an attractive brunette from Toronto who once was a hostess for a Boston hotel, charged before Judge Eugene Hudson in Suffolk Superior Court yesterday that Carmen J. Ciarfella of Bayswater st., East Boston, compelled her to pose for "unseemly and immoral photographs."
