Who Said Nobody Does Anything About It?--An "Indian" who refused to identify himself invokes the rain god from the New Haven Green Wednesday. The silent sachem would not answer questions about his name, tribe or origin. He wouldn't even confirm that he was praying for rain, but onlookers deduced that even Indians must be tired by now of the endless, rainless Indian Summer.
