Kansas City -- Snow Troubles -- A motorist tries to get his car out of a snowbank as other traffic eases by on snow-slick streets today. The storm forced virtually all schools in the Kansas City area to close and made driving hazardous. The fall was expected to exceed eight inches. The storm covered a wide area, extending from the Eastern Rockies to the Ohio Valley.
