Diane Wilkins, America's Junior Miss for 1966, displays the original of a medallion which will be presented to all participants in the 1967 state pageant. The medallions will be awarded by Chevrolet, a national Junior Miss sponsor, which will also present $1,500 in U. S. Savings Bonds to the top five state finalists and a matched set of luggage to the winner. Winners from all 50 states will compete in Mobile, Ala., March 10 through 18, for Miss Wilkin's crown. The reigning America's Junior Miss, from Wauwatosa, Wis., is presently enrolled at Marymount College, N. Y. She was chosen as the nation's outstanding high school senior girl during the national pageant finals in Mobile last year.
