A woman identified as Joyce Egginton, 34, New York correspondent for for the London Daily Herald, wrestles with a New Orleans policeman as the officer attempts to place her in a police paddy wagon. She was taken to police station and charged with resisting arrest, assaulting arresting officer, and other charges.
