Johnson, Kan. -- Storm Aftermath -- Top soil and sand several feet deep is piled around a seeder and other equipment on this Stanton County farm in the heart of the Kansas wheat belt after weekend storms whipped up dense clouds of dust. Stanton County is in extreme southwestern Kansas, an area hard hit by the storms.
