Joe Sheeketski, “the bounding Pole” from Notre Dame, has been selected as the new head football coach of Holy Cross, Worchester, Mass. Sheeketski, for six years backfield coach of the Crusaders signed a 3 year contract with the school and succeeds his former chief, Dr. Eddie Anderson, who left Holy Cross to become head grid mentor at the University of Iowa. At 29 years of age, Joe Sheeketski will be one of the youngest head football coaches of a major football team in the country.
