Double Trouble -- New York Yankee pitcher Jim Bouton is helped from the diamond in the 4th inning of tonight's game between the Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles. Bouton was felled by a vicious drive off the bat of the Orioles' Jack Brandt. The ball opened an 1 1/2-inch gash on his face and badly bruised his shoulder blade. Just last night, super star Mickey Mantle of the Yankees broke a small bone in his left foot during a game between the two teams and will be sidelined at least four weeks.
