Manhunt ends with youth's capture

Smoke filters through the nostrils of William Rupp, Jr., 18, at the Orange County jail where he was booked on suspicion of murder today in the sex attack killing of a 15-year-old bay sitter, Ruby Ann Payne, last Friday. He was captured last night after an intensive manhunt, and Sheriff's Deputy Jess Buckles, confessed shooting the girl when she resisted his advances.
