Leprosy Attacks Even the Tiniest. This child looks like any ordinary Negro baby, but the little one is a victim of leprosy and is interned in the Bibanga Leper Camp, located in the Belgian Congo. Children are particularly susceptible to the disease and often contract it in the first few months of babyhood. But, come what may, this tiny victim still finds pleasure playing with a hymn book.
