Loyed Key, 30, the factory worker son of an Alabama minister, was scheduled for arraignment here 3/29 on first degree murder charges stemming from the 3/21 roadside shooting of his wife, ethel. also held in the slaying is Mrs. Phyllis Hazelbaker, a divorced mother of three and a worker at the factory where key was employed. police said key admitted in a statement he fired six shots into the head of his wife as the couple returned from a 13th wedding anniversary celebration.
