Joyce Mullan, 21, whose fiancé threw her $2,000 engagement ring into a snow bank in anger during a lover's quarrel Sunday, thanks Mrs. Thomas Burke who spotted it today in New York City. Joyce and fiancé, Tommy McCauley, 23, forgot their spat after he tossed away the ring and tried to find it. Mrs. Burke, 43, spotted ring in a subway grating as she was waiting for a bus. Joyce and Tommy are making plans for marriage in April, 1961.
