Evanston, Ill. -- Lillian Ware, stands in front of her home in Evanston, Ill. Mrs. Ware, a practical nurse with a history of heart trouble, may lose her $25,000 house because she failed to pay $59.61 in taxes and penalties. The house was bought by two Chicago real estate brokers who specialize in seizing tax delinquent property.
