Bay Minette, Ala.--Mrs. Loraine Heyl, 42, (L), was charged with murder today in the pistol slaying of her insurance executive husband, Charles H. Heyl, 58,(R) in their exclusive home at Spanish Fort, Ala. The couple and their 8 year old son were alone in their $35,000 home when an argument started. Mrs. Heyl admitted struggling with her husband for possession of a .32 caliber pistol when it went off.
