Longshoremen and construction workers march on the City Hall and Wall Street area of New York 5/15, as other construction workers look on and wave from the unfinished-building in the background. The demonstration was orderly as onlookers cheered the marchers who were chanting anti-Lindsay slogans. A small group of children in the march sang "Three Cheers for the Red, White and Blue." A larger demonstration is planned for City Hall Park for 5/20
