Mrs. Jo Anne Williams (C) hugs daughters Rochelle, 5 (L) and Kelley, 4, after the girls were returned by their missing father 10/31. Banker Roger Lee Williams vanished in July 1966 with the girls and $500,000 from a Fontana bank vault. Their mother answered the doorbell 10/31 and found the two youngsters, wearing costumes and Halloween masks, accompanied by a professional babysitter. Mr. Williams and the money are still missing.
