Detroit -- Mary P. Sinclair of Midland, Mich., representing the Sierra Club at the Ninth World Energy Conference charged Wednesday that major decisions on power strategies are being taken without any input from the public which must live with the risks that go with those decisions. Mrs. Sinclair is also a professor at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
