Little Venice - This section of south-central St. Paul, sometimes referred to as "Little Italy" because of the high percentage of residents of Italian blood, looked more like "Little Venice" as the floodwaters of the Mississippi river inched upward today. The waters lapped at the sills of first-floor windows and even higher water is expected.
