A Little Drama of the streets. This unscheduled bit of drama came about at Philadelphia April 20, when police dispersed strike pickets during a disorder outside the West Point knitwear mills. The man on the ground probably is one of the most surprised persons seen recently, and he registers it, meanwhile feeling his face, where he was more than likely pushed a little. The woman is "consolation", and the negro handles the role of "little Rollo". Off the stage at the left are "voices".
