Mrs. Lita Caldwell, recovering from her two-day ordeal at the hands of her ex-boyfriend Robert Batch, sat up in her bed at Doctors Hospital 11/4 and said, "I feel better and I'm just glad it's all over." This was the first time she had agreed to see reporters since 10/30 when police carried her from Batch's attic apartment in University Heights minutes after he shot her and took his own life.
