Roseville, Mich.--Mrs. Pat Herz with her lion Caesar, a household pet at the Herz residence in Roseville, Mich. City officials acting on complaint of some neighbors ordered an ordinance up for adoption that would ban wild animals as pets. Mr. and Mrs. Herz, 23-year-old newlyweds, said they would sell their bungalow in this Detroit suburb and moved elsewhere if Caesar is banned. Mrs. Herz said Caesar has been defanged and declawed and is much too timid and dependent to be abandoned to strangers.
