Induction Records Set Ablaze--Flames consume records of 231 men scheduled for induction into the armed services at Los Angeles today. Watching the fire are Charles Friend, left, 22, and Walter Skinner, 25, of Pasadena, who were arrested and charged with suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary. Police said they seized the records at the induction station, drove to a parking lot a block away, and used napalm to set the papers on fire, then waited for arrest. The 231 men were referred back to their draft boards for reprocessing.
