Indicted--Three white men said by the FBI to be linked with the Ku Klux Klan walk toward a U. S. marshal’s office in Birmingham today following their indictment in charges of conspiring to threaten and assault participants in an Alabama civil rights march. The men (from left)Eugene Thomas,42,Bessemer; William Orville Eaton,41, Bessemer, and Collie Leroy Wilk ins Jr.,21,Fairfield, were freed on $50,000 bond apiece today after appearing before a U. S. commissioner in Birmingham.
