Indian War Dance - While a group of cowboy hat-wearing Sioux Indians (rear) beat out the rhythm on a modern "tom-tom," Victor Young Bear, Sioux tribal leader from Standing Rock Reservation of North and South Dakota, does a war dance today in front of the former county Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation office. The Indians showed up to help Mound Citians protest the federal government's moving records to nearby Herreid. The records are in the sand-bagged building at rear.
