Indian Sluggers. Eleven home runs by these seven Cleveland Indians in a three-day series with the Boston Red Sox accounted for the majority of the 23 runs scored by the sluggers. Two games were tied 7-7, 5-5 before the Indians took today's double header at Fenway Park, July 22nd, 6-3 and 5-2. Seated (l to r) are: Wally Westlake, Larry Doby and Al Smith. Standing: Al Rosen , bobby Avila, Vic Wertz and Jim Hegan. Doby, Rosen, Avila and Wertz hit two homers each.
