Ku Klux Clan Demonstrates on Eve of Election - Dr. Samuel Green (maskless, right) Georgia Grand Dragon of the Klan, delivers an attack on president Truman's civil rights program to 300 or more klansmen on the courthouse lawn here tonight. Green predicted "certain defeat" for the president unless he "backtracks" on some of his statements regarding civil rights for negroes. Green spoke to klansmen and citizens who will vote tomorrow in Johnson County's democratic primary.
