Knocked Out by Flood-The Minneapolis-St. Paul sewage disposal complex on Pigs Eye Island below St. Paul lies knocked out by swollen Mississippi River, sending raw sewage into the stream. In foreground heavy equipment used in new construction to enlarge plant is parked on man-made island that may not be high enough for Friday's predicted crest of 27 feet, 14 feet above flood stage. The stream measured 23.45 feet today.
