Knights of the Road Joust for Peace-Here's how American hoboes threw down the gauntlet to Red Russia today in a challenge to lower echelon Reds to discuss world peace. They're picketing the Russian consulate at Park Avenue and 68th Street with placards that leave no doubt about what they want. Prominent in the tramping picket line are hobo queen Boxcar Betty, beauty editor of the Hobo News, and (behind her) Bozo, noted knight of the road.
