Lincoln County sheriff Melvin Starkey, left, questions confessed triple slayer Alfred Corradi, 18, of Overland, Mo. Corradi, who was unable to give any motive for the crime, shot and killed Leroy A. Kappel, 25, his wife, Mary Sue, 18, and her sister Rosetta Willis, 16. The shooting took place in the Kappel farm house near troy. The youth returned to his home and told several people what he had done, one of which informed police. Corradi surrendered passively to police.
