Lima, Peru: Jim Granberry, mayor of Lubbock, Texas, looks over ruins of a crumbled church in the town of Huarmey, north of Lima. Granberry was in Peru with other members of the Texas-Peru "Partners of the Alliance" to see how Texas can help Peru recover from the worst earthquake in its history. Lubbock, Texas, itself was recently hit by tornadoes which caused $200 million in damages.
