Klan Parades in Alabama Town--Car bearing several robed and hooded figures races through the streets here Saturday night during 18-car parade staged by the Ku Klux Klan. Observers said all license tags were uncovered in accordance with Gov. James E. Folsom’s order. One of the cars broke the line of march to chase car of photographer who made the picture, but gave up the chase upon reaching a downtown intersection. No other disturbances reported.
