Two women are to be ordained Anglican priests by the Bishop of Hong Kong. The Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Gilbert Baker, is seen with the two candidates, Chinese-born Miss Jane Hwang Hsien Yuen (left) and London-born Miss Joyce Bennett. The Bishop told his Synod there had been a growing desire in the Church for women to take their place in the priesthood.
