Two Chances To Spell the same-sounding name. In fact both these athletes are used to spelling pitchers, although they'd like to be starters. At the left is Charley Schanz of the Red Sox and at the right is Bobby Shantz of the Athletics. This was not a chance meeting of the two, but was arranged by the Schanz-or-Schantz-taking photographer.
