Study of the relation of a nun to society. -GB People crowded together within the limited space of the lithographic stone, representing people crowding into the small confines of an elevator is Bellows' rather original concept. A nun receiving a few respectful glances and a bit of extra breathing space because of her status adds to the interest of the lithograph. (Mason)
