Life Is Rough For The Survivors -- A woman cooks for her children, background, over the ashes of a fire in El Corbe, Chile, little mining village wiped out by yesterday earthquake and the flood waters of a dam which the quake split open. Their home is a tent erected by rescue workers who reached the village today. There were only a few survivors among the 400 inhabitants, most of whom died in the water or were engulfed in a sea of mud.
